We tested some devices and discovered that some smartphones automatically turn off accessibility services due to device settings or battery saver and security apps. Here’s a solution we’ve found for some Oppo smartphones.

Solution 1: Settings

1. Tap Settings

3. Tap the “Lock” button

4. After that, the “Lock” button will change color — then it’s done! 😃

Solution 2: Recent Apps

1. Open running apps by tapping on  “≡” button in the bottom left

2. Pull down the NALA window

3. After that, there will be a “Lock” icon on the top right corner of the NALA app window
