Vivo (V5, Y21L, Y51L)

We tested some devices and discovered that some smartphones automatically turn off accessibility services due to device settings or battery saver and security apps. Here’s a solution we’ve found for some Vivo smartphones.

(V5, Y21L, Y51L)

1. Open running apps by pulling up the home screen or by long pressing the “≡” button


2. Long press the NALA icon, then tap the “Add to Whitelist” option


3. Then, there will be a “Lock'“ icon on top right corner of the NALA icon


4. Don’t remove the running apps by pulling up out, just tap on “Speed Up”
