We tested some devices and discovered that some smartphones automatically turn off accessibility services due to device settings or battery saver and security apps. Here are some solutions we’ve found for Xiaomi smartphones.

(Mi Max 2, Redmi Y1 lite, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 3, Redmi 5, Redmi 4, Redmi 4a, HM1s)


Solution 1: Settings

1. Tap Settings

4. Scroll down, then tap NALA

5. Once you tap NALA, the screen will appear as below — it’s done! 😃

Solution 2: Recent Apps

1. Open running apps by pulling up the home screen or tap “≡” button

2. Pull down the NALA app window

3. Tap the “Lock” button on top left corner of the app

4. After that, there will be a “Lock” icon on the top right corner of the NALA window

5. Don’t remove the running apps by pulling up, just tap on “X” button instead.
